Somerton Arts Festival Exhibition
The week-long exhibition that is part of the Somerton Arts and Music Festival happened at the end of May this year, during the hottest week of the year so far! We were pleased to have several works on show, one of which sold. Luckily, we used the Glastonbury Tor Silhouette piece that sold to make a greetings card design, so we (and whoever buys the card) can enjoy the vibrant sunset sky and iconic Tor silhouette.
If you visited the exhibition in the Parish Rooms on the Monday or Wednesday around lunchtime, you would have met Bobbie, taking her turn at stewarding. All the artists involved take turns acting as stewards, which is a great way to meet other artists and visitors.
